  Very friendly staff. Some even remembered me from a previous visit. That is nice. On my last night the hotel was fully booked but the service levels remained the same. Very easy check in and out. The breakfast was exellent in all respect. The interior of the rooms and lobby were more than our expectations. The help by the concierge and bell boy was wonderful. They arranged our city tour which was memorable. They helped writing in Chinese language for our taxi journey. We will cherish our 3 days stay for ever.

The taxi guide is very helpful as you can just show your location to the driver.   Comfortable hotel in good location for my work trip. Easy to conduct business there too. Gym had plenty of machines and wasn't too busy. - Excellent service from Diana and her team in the Executive Lounge.
