Friendly stuff Good location Wifi in the room. Room big enough. Views over West Lake. Location in the center of the city. Clean. Small gym, but with good equipment. Pool. good location--clean--friendly staff---budget. One of the rooms was smoker's room and still smells tobacco. They ask for deposit when we arrived without previous warning. Reception desk not in the lobby but in the 12th floor. As usual in China, not English speakers in reception desk.
