  Lovely grand hotel 40 minutes outside Chengdu city. Enourmous very comfortable bed with plush linens. Loved that the bathroom opened up into the bedroom. There are two fantastic pools, though they try to make you wear swimming caps which is frustrating and ridiculous. The restaurants are great with several choices of cuisine. Honestly, the Flip Flop guesthouse has everything a traveller might ask for: laundry, books, internet, informations about the town and the area, and a nice place to relax and to meet people.

Because coffee is not too popular in China, I was surprised and delighted to find good quality italian coffee. And the service was 24 hours, so this was just perfect for me.
