  Location and service was very good. Walking distance to the Metro, restaurants and shops. Everyone was very nice to us with security at the front desk being always helpful - Great area in Santiago - and nice apartments with good balconies. Close to good shopping possibilities and a good walk into town. Easy to get to the metro as well.

  The staff, mostly young, smiling, helpful Chilenas (women) could not have been more welcoming...The beds were comfortable and new, the bed linens of good quality...excellent location in a peaceful residential neighborhood in the heart of Santiago, a 10-15 minute walk from two Metro stations... There is a Lider grocery store a block away and severa... was die leute sagen » l restaurants on surrounding blocks...each room has its own gas or electric heater for the winter (when I was there), and a fan for the summer - Has a distinctive identity and stands out, in a quiet, safe and lovely neighborhood. Can walk to most of the places of interest and spots in town, if one has the aptitude. Almenas is a nice cosy home/hostel, comfortable place to sleep in and a clean complete private bath (have to opt for it though). The staff is professional and courteous. And yes, Wi-fi is available and works very well. Breakfast was simple but sufficient as one would eat at home.

  We loved this hotel! It is located in the safe area of Providencia. The metro station is right outside the hotel and easy to use, with the city centre beng only a few stops away. There are also plenty of restaurants near by. The receptionist, Nellie, was amazing! She arranged all our tours and airport transfers. Nellie is a gracious, attentive, caring host. She even helped with last minute reservations for a tour of the Undurraga winery. Everything was clean, fresh, seemingly brand new. A great place to stay in Santiago.
