  After traveling for 5 months it was great to stay somewhere that felt like a home away from home! Most of the staff were really helpful and friendly, and when we arrived we were given maps of Santiago and information about free tours. There were sufficient shared bathrooms and the roof terrace was great. The shared kitchen area had everything we needed and was clean and the breakfast was really good (juice, tea coffee, bread, cheese, ham, jam, cake, cereal and - Nice clean and big room, good athmosphere and nice common rooms with an amazing roof terrasse in an old colonial house. Good breakfast and good location (just close to mercardo central).

  It was an amazing place. We enjoyed very much our two nights in "Princesa Insolente Hostel". Staffs were very friendly (thanks Randall) and helpful. Everything was clean a tidy.
