The staff were very helpful, patient with me when trying out my poor Spanish and gave great advice on places to go and to eat. The building is fabulous with masses of character and original features. Location is excellent - my main reason for the original choice of staying there, which I did on four separate occasions, using Santiago as a hub for travel to all points of the compass. Moreover, returning from a trip to the Easter Island we used the washing machine and dryer in the 22nd floor and felt like home (even better: one can use it until11pm!). For the airport one can take the taxi in front of the building for a lower price than the shuttle for 2 persons! (13000 CLP). I cannot

This is a 5 star hotel maybe not quite 5 stars compared to some others but nonetheless it was very lovely. Rooms were well appointed and cleaned everyday. The staff were extremely helpful and the restaurant was also very nice. Waling distance to most shops and the subway was just up the road. -

Nice appartments with a small kitchen in the centre of Providencia. You get exactly what you see in the pictures, our balcony was great with a stunning view. Stuff is very helpful, downstairs at the entrance of the buildung only in spanish though....Free Wifi and the kitchen provides everything you need for selfcatering etc!!! -
