  Die Korrespondez wurde immer sehr zeitnah beantwortet und auch während des Aufenthalts war immer jemand da. Die Wohnstube dient als Lobby, der Essraum als Frühstückssaal und die Küche kann auch benutzt werden. Auch die Zimmer sind total nett eingerichtet, sodass man sich eben wie zu Hause fühlt.

  Location, donwtonw but silent. Tha apartment is nice and funcional, we could prepare our baby meals and a Supermarket is just across the street. The BMB staff was great (Oscar especially). We really recomend the place and certainly will be back soon.

  My assigned room which I never saw didn't have a working bathroom. Thus, they gave me their nicest, biggest room right in the corner. It is next to the reception. It was clean, nice, it had a heather, warm-water, great wi-fi.   They have a great staff. The location is good and everything that I wanted to do was within walking distance. I'm an above the knee amputee so this was important to me. - Helpful and friendly front desk staff. Convenient location, close to restaurants and within easy walking of centre of city. Most of the staff were really helpful and friendly, and when we arrived we were given maps of Santiago and information about free tours. There were sufficient shared bathrooms and the roof terrace was great. The shared kitchen area had everything we needed and was clean and the breakfast was really good (juice, tea coffee, bread, cheese, ham, jam, cake, cereal and - Nice clean and big room, good athmosphere and nice common rooms with an amazing roof terrasse in an old colonial house. Good breakfast and good location (just close to mercardo central).
