  The apartment was just perfect! We arrived at 11 in the night and got all the informations from the security guy, who also spoke a little english.. Powerful shower and constant hot water. Token operated laundromat on site.

Everyone was very nice to us with security at the front desk being always helpful - Great area in Santiago - and nice apartments with good balconies. Close to good shopping possibilities and a good walk into town. Easy to get to the metro as well.

  Allowed a late checkout at 3 pm so we could tour the city in the morning and early afternoon, then clean up before leaving at 6 pm for the airport and an overnight flight home. - The staff were so helpful and supportive. We needed to have late checkout as our flight was leaving late in the day and it was no problem. The breakfast was amazing!
