  We liked the friendly and helpful staff and how close it was to the subways and restaurants. We also liked the rooms where people could congregate and visit and get to know each other. The kitchen was easy to use and very clean and quite a good size.   Awesome helpful staff . A great place to go if you are traveling alone as they provide a free dinner which is a great way to meet other travellers . Also on weds night they have free wine .   If you are going to Santiago I highly recomend staying here. I started my 5 month trip in south america here, and by the returned here again for another week in santiago before I left. The staff are amazing especially the kitchen staff and cleaner Lita, always preparing a beautiful breakfast and has great energy, full of bubles, always had me smili... was die leute sagen » ng, also catalina and mi, on reception were always helpful with anything we needed, you will even see the owner Ari around everyday who is always very - The staff was really friendly. Because I wasn't able to have femile dorm they upgrated me to a private room for three nights. Thank you! Staff also was happy to tell you about tours and other things which helped me.
