The establishment is more like a bed and bath with a nice lobby area and breakfast dining next to each other. Less than 5 mins walk to the airport. The room was clean, and the bed very comfortable. Jarkko arranged my tours, taxis, airport pickup, gave me ideas about cost, recommended restaurants, told me about the customs & culture, etc. etc.. The service was better than at the Ritz in Santiago. I would definitely stay there again.
