We rented the apartment on our second visit to Sofia as the place we were using before was booked. We were very happy with the property.
The apartment is very well furnished and extremely clean, it has a lot of space and natural light. The location is excellent - literally around the corner from the main shopping street which is a nice pedestrian area with bars and cafes.

Sofia came on our radar last minute as a mid stop on our road trip to
Greece so we didn't have a lot of time to plan. The apartment looked
good and at a reasonable price so we came with no expectations. Still we
left our heart in Sofia and partly it was because of this choice.
The place is great - clean, tidy and cozy, and with a perfect location on a quiet street at the very center. Krasimir was an exceptional host and we happened to share a lot of common interests like the passion for good fo.
The location was perfect. On the corner of Vitusha st (the main shopping, café and bar street in Sofia) and Patriach Ebtini (one of the main streets). The apartment was clean and the kitchen was very good equipped with a free Wi-Fi excess . Krasimir the guy who welcome me was a very nice host.
I like the apartment very much and I will come again in my next visit.
There is really nothing not to like. It was ideal in every respect. We expected it to have a clothes washer, but found it included a dryer as well. The location is just off Vidosha and within waling distance of just about everything. The kitchen was well stocked and it even had two bathrooms!.
The best apartments we'be ever stayed in. Very useful location, good for Sofia sightseeings tour. A lot of shops nearby. Very good property. We enjoyed our stay there and these apartments are going to be our number one choice for Sofia next time we are there.
The interior of the apartment is amazing. If you want a different place to stay in- this is it. It is a great combination between modern and retro. The location of the apartment is also convenient. Finally, I felt like home in it.

There were 2 bathrooms. One of them was with a very bad smell and I had to keep the door close. The bed was little bit too hard for me.
As is common in some of these conversions, there are not adequate traps on the floor drains. We had slight septic odors in both bathrooms. We placed a piece of plastic wrap over each drain and everything returned to perfect.
The floor is a bit noisy.
Parquet makes some noise when you walk.
