- a bit of noise due to nearby works, meaning the windows are not fully sound proof - - access to the shower cabin is too narrow for the non slim persons . The opening shoul be a wider door and not a sliding one, not wide enough.

The view was awful and if I had been staying longer than one night I would have asked to change rooms, however, for one night it was fine!

Continuo achando que o café da manhã poderia ser melhor. Mas como é opcional, é melhor ir tomar em café em alguma padaria. Prefiro andar até a Bella Paulista na Hadock Lobo.
The staff were so helpful and friendly. The hotel was perfect for exploring the city both on foot and using the metro or the buses. So close to the main Avenue Paulista but hardly any noise heard in the hotel from passing traffic or people. Felt very safe there. Good place to stay.
Location was excellent. Room was lovely and big.
Not a lot of activity happening within the hotel.
