We spent three nights at the R&C Santa Teresa and were very happy with our choice for romantic vacation. The room was very nice and very clean. The design of hotel is awesome.

Perfect for a two-three day getaway and would work well if the beach is not an option (winter) or just to mix it up before/after a few days at the beach. The area itself is interesting and from what I gather has some cool drinking holes and restaurants. One could start and finish a book in peace here, yet 'feel Brazilian', and not feel they need to join the flock of tourists seeing the usuals in Rio. I enjoyed spending time at the bar, restaurant and spa - perfect for a day of indulgence!

We were upgraded on arrival to a sea view room which was absolutely
fabulous. The room was ultra comfortable and the bathroom very large.
The hotel had the luxurious feel you would expect from this standard
with nice furniture and carpets in public areas. The pool area had
plenty of sunbeds and nice white towels and a champagne bar in the
corner.

The pool and sea view from the balcony on the 7th floor suite in the annex. Nice staff. Size of the suite. Good breakfast and excellent feijoada for Saturday lunch. Relaxed atmosphere. Historic, charming hotel with an awesome location at the Copacabana Beach.

Very nice hotel. Very clean and neat!, My Room had a beaufitul view of the beach. Breakfast buffet was excellent! (hot and cold). The lobby is very pretty. The Swimingpool area in the 39th floor has a wonderful view of Copacabana, and Sugar loaf! The location is also very convenient. just cross street of the beach and many restaurants close b

If i go back to Rio I will stay in Windsor Atlan -
Amazing views of Copacabana beach and Christ the Redeemer statue on
Corcovado mtn. From 33rd floor corner room. (Request a high floor for
best views). There is even a view of the mountains from the bathroom!
Windows open so you can hear the ocean all night long... Very clean,
quiet, double sinks in bathroom - marble and hardwood floors. Staff is
excellent, friendly and almost all speak English.
