Es war alles sehr sauber. Das Zimmer war rießig. Das Frühstücksbuffet war abwechslungsreich. Allerdings gab es nur Automatenkaffee.
Die Angestellten konnten englisch, was in der Stadt generell nicht selbstverständlich ist. Vom Hotel wurde eine Stadtrundfahrt organisiert, an der wir unentgeltlich teilnehmen konnten.

Gute Lage. Absolut kein Preis - Leistungsverhaeltnis. Dank unserer Portugiesisch - Kenntnisse haben wir es geschafft, in ein renoviertes Zimmer ohne fleckigen /teppichboden und riesen /flecken auf dem Sofa umzuziehen. Miserables /fruehstueck.

Excellent breakfast included in price. Employees spoke excellent English. Right next door to great shopping mall. Room for 3 people, my husband, myself and our grown son had an entirely separate room with bath for our son (unlike some triple rooms that just include a cot in the room). Good taxi service out front. Great beds. -

This was the best Novotel I have stayed in. As an A Club Favourite Guest I have stayed in many of your hotels but the staff here where so helpful and friendly they made our stay so pleasurable. All staff from the bell boys to the management were excellent. They are a credit to your hotel group. -
