  I found the staff to be approachable and helpful. The ocean view room was terrific - great view of Copacabana Beach. Plus, we allowed a late check out because our flight home left in the evening.   We were upgraded on arrival to a sea view room which was absolutely fabulous. The room was ultra comfortable and the bathroom very large. The hotel had the luxurious feel you would expect from this standard with nice furniture and carpets in public areas.
