  We are from Vietnam and stayed here during carnaval festival. We really exciting to stay here. The staff is very friendly even they can not speak english. The room facility is basic but clean. Wishing the hot - Great welcoming staff and always ready to help when needed...great breakfast in the room,no need to rush for a buffet downstairs...the staff was very helpfull in giving directions of how to get to the touristic places...the hotel is going through some renovation as needed but overall a great place to stay near everything u need in Rio...would recommend to anyone.

  Very happy with our experience in this hotel. The room was very nice and clean. The bathroom had bidet and a bathtub!!! VERY difficult to find in Brazil. There are also a swimming pool, a sport center and a sauna available, all very clean and well kept. Breackfast is outstanding!! The breakfast is very well served with plenty of variety and excellent quality, the sweets are particularly delicious.

  We went to check in and there had been an issue with the booking as the hotel was overbooked. The staff were excellent and very professional and actually moved us to another one of their hotel - the Windsor Leme - right on the beach. They took care of everything really quickly and efficiently. Priscilla, Juliana and Dyego were always helpful and... was die leute sagen » had great suggestions for places to eat, tours, and even a laundromat. We really enjoyed our stay. - The rooms were very small, basic but had everything I need. It was clean. The saff were helpfull and kind all time. The hotel is near copacbana beach and very close to public transportation including metro. The breakfast was very good and delicious. This is a 4 star hotel. Do not expect luxry. I recommend this hotel anyone who has limited budget but looks for the best possible options and values
