In the hotel: room size and facilities - a real touch of luxury. Also the helpfulness and friendliness of the staff. In Bihac: lively and fun to sit and drink good beer at a very reasonable price. Very friendly staff, nice lobby, breakfast was good. Hotel rooms were comfortable. A great alternative to stay here for going to Plitvice Lakes national park (only 30min drive by car).

Clean and spacious room. very professional staff at the front desk and at the delicious restaurant. Breakfast choice was limited. Bread and spreads were excellent but coffee, 3 fried eggs and a scoop of not sure what (cream?), were not so good. Waiter was doing his best though. Its location at the big street. But you did not hear noises at night!. need a touch of refinement such us the view from the elevator naked concrete and the balkony above the entrance a few flowerpot will help just small touch.... one small neg point, the hotel is new and not quite finished, and the airconditioning was not working properly apart from that everything else was great. We are visiting the national park in Croatia, therefore need to cross the border. No buffet breakfast available only fixed menu so you get what you're given. Maybe they should enhance their breakfast variety. no exchange possibility in the hotel. The breakfast was terrible. The airco didn't work, so this was a sleepless night!. Near plitvice. But you have to cross national border and demand lot of time for the passing through. lot of problems with the Internet, with the shower, with the refrigerator, with the air conditioning... lot of problems in fact of maintenance. Too bad for such a beautiful hotel. with that potential and location the management should do something about the well stay of their patrons...
