The welcome and the shower
The carpeting is very old.
Good location. Clean. Cheap.
Decor a bit tired. Some minor disrepair that should have been attended to (shower screen missing, window catch broken).
Everything was as it should be in a hotel. Seeing some of the reviews, I don't understand what some people expect from a 3 * hotel. I'll come back !!!
value for money in every way with a lovely central location
only that when i had a morning shower the water was tepid
acesss to the town and pier were good.
the price for the rooms was not specific. and at the price I would have thought the continental breakfast should have been inclusive.
lashings of hot water, a warm room and a comfy bed/quiet....but I did ask for a room at the back.

Really uncomfortable beds. The smallest room I have ever seen, room #101. Missing some details in room like cover for toilet. Bad parking arrangements, meaning parking card did not work, I had to fix it myself with garage staff.

Employees do not want to speak French, they add fees so your bill is higher than expect, hotel is old, ugly, noisy and not clean
Staff acted good on complaints.
Rooms are very small, carpet was very wet, bathroom floor was not cleaned after maintenance, strange smell in the room, no comfort at all in this hotel.
Location was good, in the old town and very close to the beach.
Small room, no kettle for a cuppa, no view - the window looked over a atrium full of fire escape.

The receptionist couldn't care less. They didn't consider my request about the type of bed. They didn't ask if I needed something and if I enjoyed overnight there. No light in the corridor that gives access to the room. Not enough hot water to take a shower. I had to do the check-in til 6pm.
The location was the best bit, even the price did not reflect the rest.
Service was very poor, lift was bad, couldn't open our room door while lift door was open. So noisy, walls were like cardboard, pillows were like biscuits. Blankets were old and smelly. The room stank made me retch, deffo one place to avoid, unless u r desperate and only worth 10 euros max.

On arrival we were unable to get into the hotel. when we finally got in we were charged an extra 20 euros. the rooms were very small. we then left the hotel for the evening, and on our return once again we couldn't get in. it took a lady from the bar across the road to ring several numbers. the whole experience was one of the worst we had stayed in.
The hotel is a total joke! 1 hour in a queue to check in. No hot water if you wake up later than 7.30am!!! Rubish outside bedroom window, horrible smell...Do not stay there!
