  We had a wonderfully positive stay. Our host was able to give us an overview of the city, and was readily available at any time because the intercom rings to her phone when she is not on premises. The rooms were capacious and clean. I will definitely use it again. Also the cost was very reasonable (in Brussels terms). The build is also very anonymous - and understated (which I like). In a very good location to where I needed to be next morning and the Enoteca da Valentino restaurant around the corner at the end of the road was excellent for dinner. Really cool interiors, interesting design which managed to be cosy and welcoming as well as distinctively edgy, the room was spacious, modern and very very VERY clean, comfy bed, lovely breakfast served in a nice communal area.. I'd definitely recommend urban rooms to all tho - I had a great stay and the accommodation is super clean and offers a very individual, nice interieur.   Adorable little family run b & B. everyone was very friendly, staff and guests alike. Guidebooks and maps are always out for you to borrow during your stay. European breakfast was simple, but fresh and yummy and the couple found gluten free bread for me every day. Located just outside the central part of the city, but next to a subway stop and a large medieval gate/tower which made it very easy to find your wa - the staf was very friendly and helpful. the room was beautιful, very romantic and very clean. The whole residence was amazing, especially the breakfast room. the metro station was at the next corner, but if feeling like walking the center of the city (Grand Place) was only 20-25min by foot.
