Good location, spatious room
The staff was always ready to help and very pleasant
The comfort and cleanness of the rooms
Kind staff, free parking, dog was welcome, near Brussels Centre
The reception desk was understaffed (1 person only), we needed to wait 15 minutes to check in.
Very nice hotel. Nice big rooms. Quite central also, with easy access totram and metro. Staff were helpful. No complaints.
This is a "good complaint" - the bed in our room was too soft!!! Otherthan that, nada.
A good clean, quality hotel
spacious modern rooms, high quality breakfast buffet, great location and value for money (summer promotion 95 eur/night incl bkfst)
small elevators
the comfort, unobtrusive staff, good breakfasts.
very good breakfast
the cleaning
the room and location
breakfast was poor
it was a great room and a lovely terrace, the price was brilliant for a 5 start hotel/
there was a leak from the rain in our room which was a bit disappointing for a 5 star hotel and when we told the staff they didn't do anything about it.
Great location
Comfort at the room.
Good quality rooms
a reasonably long wait on cheackout
location close to shops and comfort of room
The hotel porter could not have done more for us he was very helpfull
Its not a complaint as such but the sauna was only available to guests in the evening and the bed was too soft.
appreciated the air conditioning system. Thought the room was very nice and comfortable
The staff was not especially helpful with directions. They sent us in the general direction of where we were going, but did not offer anymore specific information. They do not have a concierge service, so should be more considerate of foreigners who are not familiar with the city.
Location.
very quiet and convenient for shops, restaurants, etc
The check-in was horrendous. Only one staff member and not particularly helpful.
The restaurant; the food was surprisingly good.
Charming hotel with some elements of real class. Staff eager to please makes up for its own mistakes: see below
I'd asked for a double, the put me in a twin; I complained, they sent a valet to escort me with pomp and circumstance to my new room: two twins put together for what they consider to be a king-size (have they ever tried sleeping across that crack!). I paid for PC with printer in the lobby; printer wouldn't print; they let me in behind front desk to use their office printer(!)
The hotel room was very comfortable and airy. Our room was located on the top floor with a veranda overlooking the Avenue Louise, it was lovely to sit outside on the veranda enjoying the sunshine.
Our train home was booked for 07.59 whic meant we had to leave before breakfast was served. Although we cleared this beforehand the staff in the morning were reluctant to let my wife even have a few pastries for our journey home.
The Time For Chick-In was 2:15PM. I was mentioned as a note in the reservation I will be in the hotel 9:00AM But there was no action
Location was very convenient. close to bus and metro stations. The room was quiet and large. the staff responded readily to our requirements.
In order to get a quiet room ( which we explicitly asked for in our reservation order) we had to renouce a bigger room we have been offered .Our replaced room suffered from sanitation problem which was not solved by the hotel management.
Good hotel in classy location
All hotels in Bru seemed unreasonably expensive that week, This hotel was no worse for price than the others, but was still expensive.Hotel TV system was bad, and minibar was automatic and out of stock
It is a nice hotel but more of a 4*.
No Swimming Pool and bar not opened on weekends until 5.30pm. €4.50 for a small bottle of water from the mini-bar is a rip-off.
Very comfortable
It was located further from the Metro Station that it was written at the booking site and at the site of the hotel. Noone at the reception new the rate for the outcome calls from the telephone in my room - that was strange, they said the rate was very high but no figures, looked like you call first that you get the bill!
Nice room and location
Unprofessional staff and somewhat poor breakfast considering it costing €27.
Very central
good 4* but definitely not a 5*! Long delays for breakfast on Sunday morning. Room had shower but no bath.
Good Location. Nice rooms.
Poor Breakfast facilities
The bed was hard. The hotel entrance was dark. The corridors were narrow.
The location
Minor things that in a 5 star hotel are important, though: not enough umbrellas available when it rained (the other hotel Thon - 4 star - has umbrellas in each room); thick and not confortable pillows; not enough light for make up
Location of the hotel, big room with plenty of space and big bathroom.
The room furniture was somewhat old, the automatic minibar totally unacceptable due to very limited selection, the staff at check-in not very helpful, the room service breakfast options somewhat limited.
Good bedroom
The walls between the bedrooms are too thin. We could hear a telephoneconversation very clear for more than a hour. The the staff at the breakfast is unkind.
Location
Rather off hand service and a poor room next to elevator
Parking 25 euros per night and minibar with 4,5 euros for a can of soda.... Shower drainage wasn´t working and leaving you in a pool of water.
A spacious room and a reliable, but oh so expensive, internet connection.
Extremely noisy room towards the back street with all kinds of garbage pick up and goods delivery from the middle of the night. Also very bad sound isolation between rooms in this part of the hotel. The outer wall of the room was loor-to-ceiling windows. With outside temperature of around 0C there was a very cold draught at the floor, exactly where the working desk was situated.
Poor Tv channels. Poor breakfast considering it costing 27 euros. Very expancive mini bar. No free internet. Cold room. Do not deserve to be a 5 star hotel
The location is very good.
The rooms were not clean enough. No free Internet access in the rooms. Poor TV channels. Expensive car park. Narrow rooms and corridors. Do not deserve to be a 5 stars hotel !
