  We stayed here for 6 nights, June 10 through June 15, 2013. The location, a block from the Opera and the Karlsplatz Ubahn station, couldn't be better. The apartment we had (407) was spacious and comfortably appointed, with a bedroom completely separate from the rest of the apartment. The kitchen had all the necessary equipment and a very nice breakfast nook. (There's also - The hotel was extremely conveniently located with the Opera House in the next street across, as was the Metro and trams and the main mall and there is a supermarket across another street. (We took the Metro to the CAT (City Airport Transport) station very easily with suitcases where we checked them in before boarding for the airport.) The staff were very nice and always helpful. The rooms were very clean and had great soundproofing.

  The owner is very sweet and will go out of his way to help you. Left us travel books on Vienna with maps. The apartment we stayed in was very cute with flowers and small backyard. Good cooking facilities, bath, shower, washing machine. A group of 5 of us stayed here but I would recommend 4 only. Very Helpful. The bathroom was adequate, with plentiful hot water. The space was large enough so that one could spend time there without experiencing cabin fever. It was also well connected by the very regular 7A bus which reached Reumannplatz and Metro line 1 in about 7 minutes. It was generally quiet at night and felt secure.

Location is great - tram, metro (Shottenring, Shottentor), Billa, Spar - are close enough to aparts - around 5-7 mins on walking. Key handover was smooth and easy.
