  Geschmackvoll eingerichtet, sehr ruhig, hell, großes Zimmer mit viel Ablagemöglichkeiten; ideale Lage, U3 vor der Tür, Zugang zum FlughafenterminalZug in 7 Min; Straßenbahn Ringbahn direkt vor dem Haus; netter Park vor der Tür, jede Menge Frühstüvksmöglichkeiten in der Nähe, wer kein amerikanisches Frühstück möchte; das Hotel würde ich sofort wiede... was die leute sagen » r buchen!! - Wir mußten an der Rezeption warten, weil sich viele Leute zum Ein- bzw. Auschecken angestellt haben, bekamen aber dafür ein Glas Sekt. Das fanden wir super. Die Rezepetionistin hatte die Situation toll im Griff. Getränke in der Minibar waren im Preis inbegriffen - jeden Tag eine Füllung - und auch Wasserkocher für Tee, Kaffee war ideal.

  We stayed here for 6 nights, June 10 through June 15, 2013. The location, a block from the Opera and the Karlsplatz Ubahn station, couldn't be better. The apartment we had (407) was spacious and comfortably appointed, with a bedroom completely separate from the rest of the apartment. The kitchen had all the necessary equipment and a very nice breakfast nook. (There's also - The hotel was extremely conveniently located with the Opera House in the next street across, as was the Metro and trams and the main mall and there is a supermarket across another street. (We took the Metro to the CAT (City Airport Transport) station very easily with suitcases where we checked them in before boarding for the airport.) The staff were very nice and always helpful. The rooms were very clean and had great soundproofing.

  The overall experience at the apartmanet was 100% positive. Brilliant location (15 min walk to the very center of the city). Supermarket down the road and easy to get to busses, trams and tube. Underground station with direct connection (about 20 min fair.) to the airport,1 minute away. Very... very large room (we rented the "loft" apartment). The kitchen accessories could be sligthly (just slight - Location is very convenient. Apartment is big, clean and quiet. Bed is very comfy. There is laundry and fitness facility! You need to call a number to schedule your ETA, etc and it's working well. People on the phone are very friendly.

  We stayed here for 3 nights in late October. My partner who is an architect was super excited to be staying in a Jean Nouvel building. The design is thrilling and very modern.
