Unit cleaned daily, including the dishes (this was unexpected but pleasantly accepted). Concierge acknowledged us and our son every time, including giving him an Easter egg on Easter morning.

  Hotel war rundum eine perfekte Wahl. Sauber, großzügige Zimmer, alles was man braucht. Durch kurzfristiges Buchen eines Smartdeals war der Preis für diese Unterkunft perfekt. - Hervorragend!   Liked everything - location, food, value for money. Best thing was the staff - they were absolutely fantastic - so friendly and helpful. Concierge/porter staff outside were so friendly and helpful, so accommodating. Would recommend Jupiters to anyone for the friendly staff alone, even without the other benefits.   I always like to stay somewhere different and this was a great find. Brand new with a real boutique property feel. Very personalised service, and great modern rooms. I travel to TSV often and the hotels there, while OK are all becoming pretty dated so this was just what the city needed.

  I travelled to Townsville with my 96 year old mother who is not very mobile. It was a big advantage to get room service. The meals were not expensive and were very good. I've stayed in other accommodation where the rooms were close to the lifts. The noise from the lifts interrupted my sleep.
