  We really loved the facilities, the lay out of the pavillion, it invited the outside in with all the glass windows and doors, fantastic having your very own pool to swim in, as I am 30 weeks pregnant I truly enjoyed the privacy and was able to relax.   Loved the upgrade - thankyou so much! The room was everything and more than we were expecting. Right from the moment we walked up to reception until check out, everything was first class. The grounds are so well kept, easy access to the beautiful Cable Beach, the pool area, spa facilities.   I love that the adult pool is separate from the main pool. It is such a great concept that luxury hotels should embrace. The rooms are comfortable with everything you need, the staff are accommodating, polite and a credit to the management of this long standing hotel. Breakfast buffet is a very good way to start the day.   The reception staff were particularly helpful. They were offering all kinds of help before we had even asked for it.This included making bookings for day trips , flights etc., and for caring for our luggage while we were away for a few days. We were welcomed warmly by Steve and our room was changed to be nearer to our family coming in from the bush. The accommodation was great and well serviced. Being associated with nearby Matso's was a bonus. We could walk or catch the bus to town, the markets, the Museum and Cable Beach. We got the regular shuttle to the airport. Tracey and Kate looked after us in reception. We wish we could have had access to our room for a bit longer - till 12 pm on the

  Love Bunker Bay! We discovered the resort one year ago and have been back twice since. Such a lovely break, and so easy to have our active five year old with us. The level of service, high quality studio were as expected. The food god breakfast was exceptional; I think we would be happy with the muesli alone. So many places don't do this forcing people to either buy their own or not bother because you would have to purchase a whole bottle or box of dishwasher tablets. Everything very clean and well maintained and nothing too much trouble. Amazing beach!

We have been very loyal to Abbey and again love the location and service has been over all these years and staff changes, very good.
