My family and I had to attend a funeral that same day and he was fantastic that night we went in to the bar for tea. He entertained us for the night within his role and demonstrated how much he cares and contributes to his job and reputation of the resort. The food at the restaurant was delicious and very reasonable in price. It's close to all the shops and restaurants of which there are many in this fabulous town. A lovely stay. Thank you so much. We will definitely be back.

We found the facilities very good our only disappointment was the lack of understanding of our needs by the catering staff. We waited 32 minutes for coffee on Saturday morning,The catering facilities in the room where the music was played did not open until 5pm, t.he resort missed out on a large amount of revenue. I could see no reason why it old not open at say 10am.Allinall we had a tremendous time and have booked for the same weekend next year
