  The premier twin room with 2 queen beds was beautifully equipped with everything we needed. The staff were friendly, professional and efficient.   Die Lage - Absolutely everything. From the moment we pulled outside of the Hotel. The staff are so friendly and helpful. The room was beautiful. There is not one thing that we could complain about. This is the first time that we have stayed at the Langham (we normally stay at the Grand Hyatt) but this Hotel was even more perfect. - Everythi... was die leute sagen » ng about our short stay at The Langham Melbourne was as expected. Staff were extremely helpful and very polite. The cleanliness of the property was good. We booked for one night, but unfortunately I spent 8 hours at St Vincents Hospital. So we had time to unpack and then pack our belongings in the morning.

  I liked the welcome by Renee - she was helpful and cheerful. We enjoyed the breakfast - terrific fresh fruit salad and delicious home made yoghurt and lemon butter. The fresh flowers throughout the hotel was a nice touch. The room was nice and cosy - especially nice when there was a chill in the air. The patience displayed by the managers. Rooms were non smoking but tables, chairs and an ashtray were provided on the balcony that overlooked beautiful roses. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom had a large spa bath with overhead shower. Everything was spotlessly clean and the fluffy towels had a lovely perfume. I would absolutely recommend staying there!!!
