We got married here on the 22/11/2013. The venue was amazing. The staff where amazing, The food was amazing, The grounds are amazing..... Everything was just perfect. Thanks to everyone at the hotel who helped make our day so special.

When I booked I didnt realize that we had an option of smoking/non
smoking. Realizing we did have that option after booking in it was no
trouble to staff to relocate us to a smoking unit and with in minutes we
were puffing on our cigies out of everybodys way. Then I had left my
reading glasses in the 1st room and again no trouble to staff tracking

We enjoyed everything the hotel had to offer, the games room for the kids, the resort pools, the breakfast selection, even the friendly and helpfull staff. It was a totally enjoyable holiday.

We loved the location and the spaciousness of the penthouse perfect for my birthday party. Jayne Rob and Meg couldn't do enough and the little touches were some of the things that made our stay even better. I will be back and have no hesitation in recommending it to anyone. My guests were impressed also.

We stayed in an executive (ie: renovated) 2 bedroom apartment. The decor was mostly modern, and the older furniture was still clean, stable and comfortable. Bathrooms and kitchens were clean. Bed was comfortable. View was amazing (we stayed in room 67, on the 5th floor) of the beach. Tons of restaurants within walking distance. -

We booked 2 apartments for our family, young adlts in one apartment and adults with small children in the other. We were placed next door to each other which made it fantastically easy to go from one to the other. Checking in late and not having to pay till the morning was a Godsend, especially with small children.
Being so close to the Strand and the water park was the biggest selling point for us.

We loved the view and balcony from the two bedrooms and lounge looking out over the beach and ocean. The apartment and complex was spotlessly clean and comfortable and it was very handy for our teenagers having the 7/11 convenience store downstairs along with the coffee shop and Subway. A Good value hotel in comparison to some motels that I've stayed in. Very quiet so I had a good night's sleep after travelling all day from Perth. Staff very helpful, ample free under ground parking. Good cheap restaurants within 5 minutes walking distance. Will definately stay again. Very modern hotel with new furniture, very well appointed. -
