There was no time to check out the pool/spa but the pictures were very nice. The rooms were very nicely decorated and the view of the streets were very entertaining. Nice staff, nice people & friendly atmosphere. Highly recommended especially if you have a budget.

  We had an extremely enjoyable sojourn of 4 days at Crocodylus, and heartily recommend it to all who love nature. Sally and Steve and their crew were friendly and helpful, and provided an atmosphere of comraderie among the visitors. Living 1m from the jungle was a unique experience. Having the choice of self-catering or served meals is a real plus, and the served dinner we had was very tasty - I loved my time here! So relaxing to be in the middle of the rainforest, being awaken at night by melodious calls of the birds! Staff was helpful and multi-talented, delicious and reasonable meals were available each day, the tent cabins were comfortable...I stayed 3 nights and was sorry to leave! There was even an ice cream shop just down the road, where you turn off the highway! What more can a person want!

  Das Hostel/Hotel liegt direkt an der Esplanade, so dass die City und die Lagune fußläufig in 5 Minuten erreichbar sind. Wir konnten unser gebuchtes Zimmer (Zimmer mit eigenem Bad) direkt bei der Ankunft im Hotel um ca. 13:15 Uhr beziehen. In den großen Hotels in Cairns ist dies erst ab 14 Uhr möglich. Das Zimmer bestand eigentlich aus zwei Zimmer... was die leute sagen » n + einem Badezimmer. Ein riesiger Kühlschrank war vorhanden. Das Badezimmer war süß und liebevoll eingerichtet. Es gibt einen Swimmingpool, es sind - Wir (Mitte 40) hatten ein Doppelzimmer mit Bad gebucht. Das einfach eingerichtete Zimmer war nicht riesig, aber für unseren Zweck (Ausflüge, Bett für die Nacht) völlig ausreichend. Zimmer und Bad sauber. Küche zur Selbstversorgung gut ausgestattet und sauber. Swimmingpool. Laundry gegen Gebühr. Gepäckaufbewahrung gratis. WLan gratis (bis 06:00 p.m.) im öffentlichen Bereich. Gratis-Voucher für Dinner.   I booked in for my wife & I. We are regularly on the Gold Coast for medical treatment my wife has regularly. Manager was Extremely Helpful & friendly. What a Marvelous change. Rooms are Big, kitchenette bathroom etc brilliant and Clean. Bed was Lovely and comfortable. Rooms are no smoking, great, and outside every room is table, chairs and... was die leute sagen » ashtray. Lovely surrounds pool and laundry. WIFI for your lap top pc's. Off street parking. I Highly recommend this Motel and we will definitely stay - Repeat visitors here. We love the place. We stay here each time we travel to the Gold Coast for medical treatment my wife receives. 1st Class Motel at budget price. Well Done :)
