  We had a spa room because we had our 6mth old baby so the kitchenette with microwave & bath was a necessity. Our room had lots of space for our little one to zoom around in his walker & was at the far end so nice & quiet. The owners were lovely and made us feel very welcome.   Superb value for money. Very comfortable and clean rooms. Great location - very easy to find from the highway which is so important at the end of a day of traveling. Friendly and helpful staff.   This is a very nice, comfortable hotel in a great location right in the heart of Berry (with parking). We had a room with a patio overlooking the park which I would recommend. The Managers, Sam and Shannon, are delightful and couldn't be more welcoming.   My room was very clean and comfortable. I was informed that it had not yet been renovated and would be shortly as the whole motel is being done. This was a suprise as it appeared to be in very good condition. Staff are friendly too. A pleasant stay. - Price,comfortable room
