We had obtained a smartdeal for the Four Season for our last trip to Sydney. Apart from the value for money, the hotel was in a great location for a city visit to Sydney, pleasant staff, very comfy room, excellent house-keeping, L'occtaine toiletries and we took advantage of the gym and outdoor heated pool too. Some reviews had complained the hotel is dated. I wouldn't agree. Very enjoyable stay, we will be back.

Standard of cleanliness and appliances etc all worked.
Despite not having cooking facilities there was a comprehensive selection of cutlery toaster etc. Lovely setting gardens etc -
The facilities were very clean and comfortable, and the staff were absolutely lovely and helpful with all we needed. We will definitely be back here!

The staff are always so helpful and friendly when I stay at Novotel Brighton. In particular Mitchell the assistant mgr this stay. I had a problem with a double booking and he sorted it really easily!
I also love the gym facilities. I travel a bit for work and it's great I get to have such great fitness options.

The location of Coachmens Inn Motel was great value - close to a large shopping centre and not far from Coffs beach. The pool was fantastic after a hot day travel :) -

Nice large room, clean and comfortable. Enjoyed a swim in the pool.
Liked sitting outside and looking at the hills- felt like being in the

We had a great stay at Mercure, all staff were friendly and we extended our stay an extra night for a great price! Location was great and rooms were fantastic. Was great as room were large enough for son to run around and was area outside our room he could play. We'll be back in a fortnight!

Lovely room and very clean and comfortable. We were lucky to be upgraded again which we really appreciated. The weather was absolutely horrible however inside was just perfect we even sat in the bar for a drink after dinner and we were very comfortable. Thanks for another great stay we will be back!
