We really loved the room 808 it was very clean, comfortable and had a well set up kitchen and of course for the magnificent views. We enjoyed the breakfast (included in our tariff). Friendly and helpful staff. Even having the BBQ cleaned before we had time to do it. We will definitely be recommending Port Pacific Resort and WE WILL BE BACK. Rooms were spacious Staff were friendly and helpful The fact I was able to get a great deal at the very last minute. Kids playground area (even though we didn't use it). I know this would be great place to stay for families.

I love the location of this resort, within walking distance to hotels, restaurants, shops, etc. The facilities are very good. And the trivia night on Tuesdays is a great way to meet other guests. Spacious rooms, everything needed was at hand, security, facilities were great, shame we did not think to bring our swimmers. We were lucky to have a front facing apartment, with a great view. The room was absolutely amazing and the cost was also great...I'm just sad we couldn't stay longer, will stay there again and will recommend it to family and friends. Thank you. The town was great, restaurants coffee shops good. Didn't realise until last day that there was a large shopping centre further out. Shuttle bus from airport very good. The rooms were spacious Staff very helpful and friendly Pool area great Showers were great. As we were traveling in 2 cars, 2 car spaces were made available to us, thank you. position, you could walk to beach & shops. Apartment accomodtion. Loved the spa n pools and it is in the heart of port macquaire. Location and facilities. Location price comfort. Everything was fine. the whole experience. location freindly. Everything. Do think the public bus to enable you to get around should be more promoted. We would have liked to go to ricardoes but it was impossible. We did hire a car for a day but it was hard to get it and deliver it back. When we stayed at Mooloolaba, Queensland it was easy to get around on the public bus. Not told about renovation work going on. it didn't disturb me but was underneath one of my friends rooms and she was upset about it. While the mattress was firm as we like it the bedding was skimpy and no Donna available. kitchen & bathroom in our apartment needed updating. The gym needs to be updated. price too expensive for an unrenovated apartment with no view!. only one double bed would have liked two single beds only a small charge but had to pay an extra $20 for a fold up bed. Traffic noise. Being asked to sign an impenetrable legal declaration when booking in.I didn't sign it as I didn't understand it. Only a lawyer would. not long enough. having to return room key after removing car from underground car park. Uncomfortable bed, noisy trucks outside our bedroom window every morning (early) Grumpy office staff when we checked in (not friendly and welcoming at all) Same office staff when we left shoving food in her mouth and showed no courtesy and didint thank us for choosing this resort. Will never go back. That reception closed at 7pm and after that there is no one to help you if you need anything. Had to make our own sofa lounge and had to get someone to open the second bathroom in our room as we only had two towel between 4 people . Glad we were only staying one night.
