  The room was fantastic and the people were very friendly. The dinner and service at the restaurant was well above what was expected, absolutely beautiful. The spa on the roof was checked and turned on every morning and they even check and clean the BBQ for you.   All the staff were fantastic, from the concierge and receptionist to the bar and restaurant staff. They were friendly, approachable, helpful & enthusiastic. The resort was very clean and pretty with lovely gardens and ponds throughout. The pool was the perfect temperature. Plenty of sun loungers and day beds. Swim up pool bar was a bonus. We requested a room away from the noise and was given one by the management which was good.   Wir hatten eine sehr schönes, gut ausgestattetes und vor allem großes Ferienhaus mit eigenem Carport davor. Das nennt sich bei denen "Standard Villa", Reihenhaus wäre wohl treffender. Auf alle Fälle locker genug Platz um dort ein paar entspannte Tage zu nächtigen. Küche gut ausgestattet, Selbstversorgung also kein Problem, obwohl auch das Restaura... was die leute sagen » nt der Anlage durchaus empfehlenswert ist. Sofern man ein Auto hat (wie wir) ist die kurze Entfernung zu Port Douglas kein Thema, die vorhandenen Shut - Sehr schöne Ferienanlage mit komfortablen Reihenhäusern, kann gut individuell nach Bedarf genutzt werden. Gute Lage mit Fussnähe zum tollen Sandstrand. Gute Ausstattung, schöne Pools, sauber und sehr gepflegt. Ruhig und doch in der Nähe von vielen Attraktionen an der Ostküste.

This accommodation was the best thing about Port Douglas.
