Staff were extra helpful and friendly. The room was large and well designed. The best features included the bathroom with its own spa bath and the large balcony overlooking the golf course which was stunning. Being a smoker, the ashtray on the balcony table was much appreciated and made the morning coffees more enjoyable.

  The whole experience was really nice for my husband and I. Tuscany Estate was very flexible as we only wanted to stay one night and they allowed this. The room was comfortable with outstanding views. It was a real country experience, we relaxed as soon as we walked in the front foyer. Check in was 2pm and check out was 11am which was more flexible than other accommodati - Every time we have stayed we have been made welcome! We bring our small dog, Ralph, and he is made welcome too! The minute we arrive be let out a deep breath and relax. The food is wonderful, the views amazing and the rooms are a generous size and always very clean and comfortable. Thanks for always making our memorable and relaxing.

  We visited the Hunter Valley for a concert on the green. The location was perfect and also allowed easy access to other wineries. Our room was upgraded on the Sunday at no extra cost. Hotel was very clean and facilities made for a relaxing weekend. Staff were very helpful - We loved the rooms, the pool and the gardens.
