Happy hour at the bar was great, with the staff treating all the guests that were there as part of the family. Was able to park the car on arrival (in free onsite parking) then didn't need to use it again until we left. - Close proximity to our function. The room was large and well equipped. The hotel had a nice " old world" charm. Much better than a bland motel or apartment.

We stayed in the Millswyn Double Room it was unbelievably fantastic, enjoyed it 10/10! The staff are fantastic, the awesome guy who checked me in, the same for the ladies who checked me out. Thanks Albany! - The staff are friendly and helpful, giving me tips like how to get to airport by starbus which only cost $20/pax, internet is free while Crown Promenade hotel charged $25/day. I like the location, close to tram station and walk distance to Rod Laver Arena.. I love it! they gave me discount when I extended my stay 2 more nights. Highly recommended!
