  The Chalet was so beautiful. The two owners where lovely, so friendly and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, even bringing us home made muffins that were not eaten at breakfast for afternoon tea. They showed us around and talked about their art and it was almost like we had known them for ages! The quiet location easily accessible from Sydney, Jenolan Caves and Leura, the ambiance of the guest house, full of tasteful and eclectic plastic and visual contemporary art. A great find. I'll definitely come back to this place in Blue Mountains.

  The bed was very comfortble and the thick curtains was great for a sleep in. Also the double glazing on the windows made for a quiet night's stay, which was surprising as the Motel was reasonably close to the main road.   So friendly. my first time at a backpackers and it will certainly not be my last. staff were friendly and helpful. it was such a relaxed atmosphere that I wish I had got to stay longer. it's in a great location and has free wifi , laundry service, kitchen facilities.   The staff there were so accommodating, we felt as though we were staying with their family (in a good way)! The rooms were recently renovated and were fresh and clean. The bed was very comfortable and the heating blankets were such a welcome treat for the chilly winter's nights. Breakfast was fabulous and very affordable. The woman that we dealt with was so friendly and welcoming. The room was clean and spacious enough for 3 adults and we didn't feel like we were on top of each other. It is well situated between Katoomba and Leura with easy access to both. The rooms are also very quiet which was great! - The welcome and service were second to none. They were very knowledgeable and helpful to us and made our stay extremely enjoyable. The facilities were fantastic. I have already begun recommending this place to family and friends and will certainly stay again when in the area. Certainly when visiting from the uk you need to ensure you have chosen the right place and i'm glad we did.
