  The room, location and view were fantastic. When we arrived, we were 1 1/2hrs early for check in. We had two very small and very tired children with us, after a long trip. the service was fanatstic, eventhough our room was not ready they went out of their way to find us a room on another floor that was clean. Excellent facilities and perfect for a nice family break. The 2 bed apartments are perfect for a family - pretty good size, well stocked up with all one may need. Service was great - very friendly staff and I'll surely be going back there.

  Great resort style apartments, great staff, really top spot being just opposite the beach and walking track and close to 2 playgrounds for our little one. Loved the indoor heated spa, as it was little bit rainy during our stay. Absolutely loved our stay! - The staff were excellent. Very friendly and helpful. Our room was very clean, must say one of the cleanest bathrooms I have seen for a long time. Pool and gardens were very well maintained. Inside pool was an added bonus. Rooftop area was great. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would stay there again. Great location.

  This was my second trip to Mantra Crown Towers. We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment (3204) with a 2 and 4 year old. Once again a great holiday (5days). Kids loved the facilities.   Lage - After reading reviews about this hotel that it is not very clean and the staff are rude, I was a little skeptic in booking it. However I was pleasantly surprised. When we got there, we found our allocated apartment was not serviced and I thought my fears had come true. Very well up kept (especially the gym equipment). 4) Views from the room was beautiful. 5) Plenty of hot water. :) 6) My wife thought that she left her diamond ring in the apartment and the staff were very kind to have a look for us. 7) Availability of car parking. 8) Modern TV in the apartment.
