Michelle (Relief Manager) could not do enough for us from the time of booking on the internet, the follow up emails prior to arrival, arranging transfers for us, all of this whilst dealing with a very personal family medical issue.   Very friendly and helpful staff. The motel's rooms have been renovated and they look and smell awesome. The fact that I was able to have my dog around was so good and it made me very happy.
