  Overall stylish but relaxing appearance inside and out and separate eating areas offering different levels of eating. Staff were lovely, especially concierge and Citrique Restaurant. As sharing a twin room, loved we had a double bed each and so comfortable. Everything was spotlessly clean. The hotel is only a short walk to central Surfers Paradise... was die leute sagen » and as we went to participate in the Gold Coast Half Marathon, the shuttle bus stop was only 50m away and we were the last pickup point so quick trip - Great staff, excellent for family with child(ren), great food, convenient location with very close access to main road leading to fun parks and short drive or 15 minute walk from Surfers Paradise City Centre. Bonus, free parking underneath the hotel.

  The apartment was spotlessly clean and well appointed, centrally located to many facilities and the staff were courteous and extremely helpful - Location was perfect . I liked the room It had every thing I needed for my stay I even stayed another night . The staff was so friendly.

  Really enjoyed the Adult Lap Pool. Granny - children loved the other pools 3 and 6. Two complaints were readily taken care of within 12 hours - tin opener did not work and the seal on the oven kept coming off. Car parking available close to our accommodation. Plenty of amusements on offer for the children whether the weather was dry or wet. - Lov... was die leute sagen » ed the apartments. The accessibility to all the facilities was great and very safe & secure for everyone. The Cafe' made great coffee! Both the Café & Pizzeria were delish & reasonably priced or famililies.
