A lovely retro-styled hotel,excellent location if you are flying out of the Gold Coast airport (the room fee includes a free airport transfer). Also very good when coming off a late night flight - there are always cheap supplies in the room (noodles, cup-a-soups, hot water jug), great if you are coming off a 1 am flight! We were on the 14th floor as I had requested a great view and was stunned by how good it was. We could see right out over the ocean and to the left a view of the boating channel. The apartment was lovely and we felt like millionaires. It was so nice it was hard to go out! Ben was great to us and showed us where to get a nice meal when we had arrived tired. Whilst the building is a little dated, the accommodation, facilities and outlook (fabulous views of the Broadwater) exceeded our expectations. The apartment itself was a little tired, but had every necessity and was absolutely spotless, sheets and towels were as new. Brad, the Manager, could not do enough for us. Thanks Brad. We would not hesitate to stay there again.

We have been staying here since 19th November and love it. Its spotlessly clean, quiet street but really close to Broad beach shops and beach Nothing has been too much trouble for the mangers Chris and Faye. We would highly recommend to anyone wanting a lovely holiday on the Gold Coast.

Very spacious apartment just as what they advertise in the website and other booking pages. Just a few minutes away to Surfers Paradise. Very well mantained apartment unit and has all the equipment needed to cook, clean and do laundry. -

We visited Main Beach for the GC 600 V8 event. The position was perfect, the unit very comfortable, clean, well designed and appointed and the manager very personable. We couldn't have found anywhere better for the money we paid. We were also ideally placed for the restaurants on Tedder Avenue if we wanted to eat out.

I can't recommend this Crystal Bay more highly. We have been having weekend stays at the Gold Coast for years and this was probably the most pleasant and relaxing places we have stayed. The facilities - Great, the views -wonderful and I would recommend it to anyone. -

Because of a problem with the reservation through letsbookhotel.com there was no unit available (fully booked); however, the manager went out of her way to find us another place to stay for 2 nights (expensive!!). The remaining 2 nights of our booking she gave to us free. That was excellent service on their side.
