thought it was lovely, very clean, had the basics which is all we needed. plenty of room inside if was staying more than a night. Arrival time didn't matter along as they were aware and made other arrangements for key.
Friendly and helpful staff, the location and general welcome for us all at the Wingrove.
We have pencilled a booking for the same period next year.

Bed linen was very clean and comfortable. Service was very welcoming and helpful.
Spacious.
We experienced nothing to dislike! We left feeling happy to return next year!.
Lack of no smoking areas under sheltered areas. The smoke from adjacent tenants would waft in first thing in the morning.
The pool wasn't clean to swim in (November visit).
The little step that goes into the bathroom as my 2 year old kept on tripping on it :).
