I recently had a four night stay and can highly recommend this property. The apartment was very nice and well appointed with all facilities including cooking and laundry. The position of the property in Manuka is really good. Five minutes walk in two directions will give you access to a large range of restaurants and cafes and supermarkets for those who like to self cater. I will certainly stay at this property again.

Bathroom was freshly renovated, neat and clean. There was even a small carton of milk in the fridge. Apartment layout. Good sized rooms. 2 balconies to follow the sun/shade. Sticking bathroom door was attended to promptly. The staff were very professional and helpful ensuring early access and ground-floor apartment as requested. The location was very good. Nothing at all. This property is one of the best I have stayed at. A bit tired around the edges - decoratively - paintwork in some places chipped and dirty. Some things didn't work properly - e.g. one of the stove rings. Not thoroughly cleaned. Not sure if is worth the money I paid for it. Narrow steps to room,. Noise from the Star Hotel across the road. Nothing to dislike. No free wi-fi, but it was specified. Couch not suitable for lounging; needs another coffee table as the one provided held the sound system. Kitchen needs more cooking equipment; this lack would be most annoying on a stay any longer than 2 days. The need to wrap up in a blanket to stay warm even when the air conditioner was on heat. This was not good for the co-traveller who had had a medical procedure and the reason we were staying at the apartments. We have had the same problem when staying on two prior occasions in 2012. The lights on at Manuka Oval at night. The bed was very firm but acceptable. More attention to the grassed areas and garden would make the environment more attractive. The apartment could have had a few extras such as pepper and salt and a bit more cutlery (only 2 cups and minimal plates). The access to the main bedroom was through the bathroom area. Curtains were very difficult to open and close. Being an older person, would not like to climb stairs to other floors. Did not see any lifts????? Fortunately we were on ground floor. No free Wi Fi!. everything was fine. Oven/cooker smelt and not clean,pool not heated and no spa,cheaper rate for single people. Inexpensive, hard mattress, early morning construction noise nearby. The apartment has to walk 3 levels The shower has installed the wrong facing so that when I pulled the lever , water from shower just spray outside the shower glass I cannot go inside the shower room first before turn on the shower because the shower has been installed the wrong way . When it turned left its hot water and turn right is cold water . So , its quite dangerous . Unable to check out a day early (plans changed) as we'd booked on line and were told we were obliged to pay for the booked duration. Would not work like this in most hotels. Kitchen was good, but could do with a few more utensils, cutlery and plates etc. Small No view Overpriced ( Compared to Meriton Apartments in Sydney which are both much larger and cheaper). Graden Maintenance. Too small for a 2-bedroom, too expensive for the amenities and Service provided. The Standard of the facilities was below average, e.g., the bathroom is not sound proof with no apparent ventilation. The bed quilt was far too warm for 2 people sharing ( for the season).
