  The location was awesome! We walked everywhere and didn't once use our car. I also liked how the staff were extremely obliging; we were able to check in early and as there was space, leave our car parked all day. - I really enjoyed my stay - the property was clean, modern and my apartment was well equipped and had all I wanted.   I was pleasantly surprised by this place.It was very comfortable, friendly and clean. The room actually looked better than in the pictures, that is very rare. We came with a four months old baby, and we felt very welcome. They provided everything we needed to have a comfortable stay. Also a 7 minute walk into town. - Loved the huge apartment - bed was Sooo comfortable. Bathroom was big enough with lovely big shower eith great water pressure . Loads of kitchen utensils . Easy to eat out or eat in with a bbq area downstairs .Loved the spa and pool area. Great Location. Easily walking distance to everything !

  The welcome by receptionist was excellent, telling us not only about the motel but also about Byron Bay. A 2 minute walk to the beach through the back gate of the motel and across sand dunes. A walk of a further 5 mins or so along the beach brings you into Byron Bay. Walk along pleasant road into B.Bay took 10 mins max all on the level,thus an exc... was die leute sagen » ellent location. We arrived by Greyhound Coach and it took us no more than 15 minutes to get there on foot. The motel was spotlessly clean both inside - Great service! They were keen to help with anything, provided a continuous supply of toiletries/tea/coffee /hot chocolate and even had umbrellas, towels and games that we could borrow for free. The bed was very comfortable and it was great to have air conditioning and foxtel in the room. The beach is literally a minute away and it's a 2 minute walk from the main street.

  We arrived by plane and airport transfer so holidayed without a car and found the location of this hotel ideal. 2 minute walk from the main shopping strip and 5 minutes to the beach. We found the room very clean, spacious and loved the private balcony overlooking the pool, garden and tennis courts. We stayed for 4 nights but could have happily and comfortably stayed for many more. - The living area was very spacious and we'll equipped - it was excellent for us because we were able to have big family get-togethers easily. The swimming pool area was beautifully landscaped. Most importantly the owner and his wife were extremely helpful and put themselves out to make sure that our stay was an extremely enjoyable one.

  For the rating of the motel it way exceeded expectation. We normally stay 5 star. It was well appointed and very comfy bed( much better than most 5 stars).Everyone was very friendly and helpful.   l liked the location- walking distance to everything. the staff were friendly and very helpful. nice atmosphere. nice little pool and spa and a clean bbq for communal use that we took advantage of. - The staff at reception were so friendly and helpful. They knew their guests and were perceptive in knowing my needs. Loved the layout of the suites.

  Rooms are of a good size, clean and tidy.The Motel has a bar-b-q area which was well furnished and useable. Parking freely available as was the use of WiFi. The owner, Graham, was very welcoming and helpful as was his wife. A good place to base yourselves if you want to explore Byron at a not too expensive price. The gardens are beautiful. - I brought my partner here for a weekend away and the greeting on arrival was lovely they even did a special gift with tim tams and wine which was beautiful and thoughtful and we really appriciated it a lot :-) Staff were really helpfull with any questions we had mainly in regard where to get food which was very handy.

  The studio was beautiful and homely. I slept better there than anywhere else on our road trip holiday. The beach is a very easy walk away and the bistro and dinner venues close by were excellent. We had the best meal ever at the Treehouse. Staff and entertainment were 10/10.
