Richard & myself were impressed with the presentation of all the staff. They were always friendly and courteous with a smile on their face. The two young porters or concierges went out of their way to look after us, even suggesting places to see and dine at outside the resort. Our special thanks go to Nick and Vincent in the dining room. They made our stay very memorable. Our room was beautiful. Our dinner in the dining room was excellent, the fireplaces, the overall ambiance of the public and guest rooms was inviting and comfortable. We'll be back for our 1st Anniversary in July 2014. Highly recommend to anyone wanting to getaway and enjoy a relaxing peaceful environemnt with excellent service and great food.

We stayed midweek,so was very relaxing and quiet.Our room was beautiful, the fire already glowing when we arrived.The staff were very attentive and friendly, the food exceptional.The gardens were amazing....we will be back.Highly recommend. All the staff were excellent especially the young man behind the reception desk he couldn't do enough for us excellent knowledge nothing was a bother attended to our needs immediately its staff like that , that makes a place wonderful to stay at. Staff were very helpful & friendly We were out walking the beautiful gardens & they rang to they would park my nice car under cover which I gratefully appreciated Dinner & breakfast were very nice & good value for money. We liked everything about Milton Park. The facilities were excellent, the rooms were luxurious, the grounds were breathtakingly beautiful and even the cat that roamed the hallways added that bit of extra olde world charm!. Welcoming; actually phoned ahead to see what time we would like to book in for dinner..something I had not even though of. Beautiful well kept surrounds. Service was efficient and friendly. Well done. the beutiful lounge rooms, thegorgeous bar,the superhelpful receptionist(young blonde lady),the delicious food,the nice pool,the most beautitiful gardens and especially the trees,. The total privacy and ambience of the Park and Hotel.Our grandchildren visited the Fairy garden etc. and were totally entertained by the surrounds,and just loved Marys pool..... Beautiful grounds, private getaway, romantic, relaxing, warm and inviting homestead, modern facilities, indulgent, not far from town with great antiques, cafes, and shops. The gardens and facilities provided a great deal of solitude with many indoor and outdoor areas to simply sit and relax. Convenient to Bowral shops and also other towns. a lovely short break to celebrate a landmark birthday especially for gardeners. The upgrade to a fireplace room was an unexpected and pleasurable bonus. The area was beautiful. The hotel architecture was gorgeous. The spa was amazing. Beautiful grounds, lovely rooms, Service. The only complaint is that the spa treatments were very expensive!. the food portions are on the small side(dinner). We did advise a staff member,that our room by the garden, has some water problems in the bathroom,comingthru the wall . My husband being a retired builder/developer,was concernedtheir was a pipe in the wall leaking pretty badly. As the floor need toilet was running with water at nite from the wall area...Hope it was passed onto Maintenance staff before it becomes a major problem. however we loved our stay. Thank you. Hard to say, probably parking arrangements weren't great. Bit dark and tricky to navigate from hotel to carpark at night. the bath and shower recess needed a few repairs. Some of the hotel looked unclean and not maintained. There was not enough staff on so service was often slow. Whilst staff were friendly and accommodating they were quite stiff and it was often difficult to build any rapport. Not much. Shower door on bath seemed wrong way round so difficult to get in and out of bath without being soaked by shower head immediately over you. day spa separate from main building. Dripping bathroom taps and faulty toilet flush button. It was not possible to get a simple sandwich for lunch. bad tv reception. Plumbing in bathroom. Everything was lovely. Dark hallways and lack of heating in hallways on Thursday evening. the musty smell in the foyer. Housekeeping could be better. Bathroom facilities. Hot water in shower very difficult to regulate.Hot water not preset to 55 centigrade- dangerous could cause scalding.Basin tap ware defective and toilet ran all night disturbing sleep. No air conditioning in room and unable to leave french doors open at night for air as the attached louvres could not be secured for safety. Resulting in a stuffy and uncomfortable room on a summer night.Given the cost of the room in this establishment this was not acceptable. lack of little touches. soaps facilities. Effort put into room poor considering the price. The bedrooms & hotel areas were very cold with no way to warm them. There were NO controls for heating and NO Airconditioning at all in the bedrooms. The bedrooms were tired and bland. The hallways were noisy.
