  Zimmer sehr sauber, Bad hervorragend. Frühstück gut. Flughafennah. - After a long international flight the Mantra was amazing. We arrived late at night so only spent about 7 hours at the hotel. But we ha the best sleep. Just what we need prior to an early morning flight. We didn't know how to get the bus to the hotel however it was only a $11 cab... was die leute sagen » ride. We got the shuttle back to the airport the next morning. 24 room service. - A perfect overnight before flying out in the morning. From the helpful reception to my room to the spa, my experience was wonderful. Having found a reasonable rate on Booking, I expected something fairly basic, and this pleasantly exceeded my expectations. The bed was comfortable, the surroundings upmarket, the spa and lap pool relaxing. Quiet too.

I could not reccomend it more. - Paul is super helpful in coming up with ideas of things to do and see in Melbourne, really listening to your needs - Location really good for Southern Cross station (and skybus from airport) - beautifully decorated rooms and public ... was die leute sagen » areas - private bathroom (separate from room) not at all an issue - really high standard facilities and nice warm fluffy bathrobes to cross the corridor in! - - You were made to feel welcome by Paul before you even arrived: welcome emails, help needed accommodated, bookings made for wine trips etc. It was more like staying in someone's home - warm, cosy, large and lovely. Everything was a surprise in terms of comfort and size plus the guest lounge which was fully stocked with bar, sundries, magazines, dvds etc - just the lovliest b&b.

It's only about less than 5min walk to the tram station (free city circle tram) for those not driving. only thing the tram ends at 6pm and 9pm on wkns. Without trams it will be a 15min walk from Spencer St area as you need to get around this big railway station (i think) and you can't walk straight down Bourk
