  The owners are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was slightly better than we are used to in Argentina. There are nine rooms around a small central garden. The garden provides for an excellent location to read a book or enjoy the sun. The rooms are cosy and clean (not large). Good value for money.   Very comfortable and huge Rooms, Service desk at reception to assist with booking buses and tours, very clean, Hot water, WIFI when not swtiching networks carried into each room on all levels. The breakfast was great and included cheese and ham (the only time in a month for us in Argentina). It was very clean, the beds were comfortable and the bath was great.

  We stayed at Hosteria Robles Sur for 3 nights mid October 2013. The accomodations were very nice with clean linens and amiable service. El Calafate this time of year was very cold and windy but the nice surprise at Robles Sur was that the floors seemed heated, even in the bathroom!   All staff including the restaurant one went way beyond their duty, so nice and helpful. The location was perfect for us, best view of the lagos in town and only few minutes walk or cab from town if you need to go there. Regular, one bed + tv + window (huge though) room + bathroom ... The price (probably due to off season) was very attractive.
