The Operations Manager Rafael Perez tried to make everyone feel at home at the hotel and he and his staff helped everyone who stayed at he hotel. Most of the most can speak English and a few other languages. The price for staying at the hotel was great for what facilities were offered.

Helpful on booking trips, remembered my name - really great. The breakfast was huge and much better than other breakfasts I have had in other hotels.
