I ask for a top floor room and they gave us one on the end. Good choice except for light out side. Thank goodness for the black out drapes. The boys had a good time and the staff was really nice to them. It was clean and bed was nice. -
Indoor pool for kids. Comfortable bed. Staff was pleasant except for front desk clerk.

Compact design - the shower and toilet were separate and had sliding
doors. The living area was small but comfortable. The beds were
comfortable and the room was very useful for 4 adults and 2 children.
The sofa bed came in handy for one adult and the chaise on the sofa
could be used for a child. Breakfast was okay and had the basic options

Price was competitive. Comfy beds So so breakfast. Big need for ur
favorite meal ... the waffle. Line way to long dor kids and families.
Eggs ... imitation? Not good quality but it was what it was. Cereal and
juice. Unusual set for the bathroom ... the split theme a bit off
putting. But we did like hotel and would use again next year when we
bring two grand kids

We loved the shuttle driver, I was able to print Sea World tickets off after getting there, everything was clean and well managed, we were really happy with our stay. The shuttle will take you within 5 miles of the hotel, including Sea World and restaurants. -

The rooms were clean and updated. All the necessities were there including the use of their computere in the business center. Breakfast was basic but free and fresh. Staff was friendly and accomodating. The location was perfect for Lackland AFB; about 12 mins away. It was also very close to Sea World and many restaurants and shopping. -
