- Breakfast was included and our car was parked in the garage - San Francisco is such a beautiful city - We visited the city by cable car - It has a lot of different landmarkes - We had beautiful weather. The staff were great, they were friendly as well as going out of their way to accommodate us. The stay was great and the location was perfect, close to everything, clean and beautiful neighborhood.

They were very helpfull in recommending anything we asked about. They were terrific. close (walking distance) to marina and fisherman`s wharf. The location was great. centrally located. We liked that we were right downtown, San Francisco is a great city. Location, free wifi. location. Location. none. Nothing, we never got in. Location. - The food was expensive - We had some problems with the internet - Alcatraz was sold out. Needs to be more updated and cleaner. breakfast ends at 9.30. Towels are old thin and hard. parking possibility is not guaranteed but on first come basis,. The hotel room was not cleaned. There was a dirty facecloth hanging in our shower when we arrived that was from soneone's previous stay. The sheets were definitely not changed for us. We did not complain, but we will not stay there again, and it should not have the Ramada name. Indifferent staff. Run-down feel. Poor value. room cleaning staff response, breakfast, internet, cleanliness, not worth for money paid. They woke my husband up at 7am in a Sunday to go downstairs to the lobby and pay. It was ridiculous. Performance to price ratio is very low...... Never could get the key to work even after the maintenance man worked on it. Breakfast very limited. They advertised on letsbookhotel.com as "free parking, no reservations required." After we checked in the clerk said no parking was available and suggested parking on the street while acknowledging there was no street parking available. He then called his manager, advised the situation, and added that we had booked through letsbookhotel.com. Manager told him to reverse the credit card and put us on the street with our unparked car. Not Senior Friendly coffee pot did not work not handicap accessible no elevators linens are beige rags no lights in garage Plaster falling off walls Would not give this hotel any stars.
