Free breakfast, location near Sea World, Hotel is a little dated, but everything in the room looked pretty new except the carpet. We just needed a place to spend the night after full day at Sea World. it worked great for that. I am very thankful the staff helped me recover a bag that I left in my room. It contained my id, and they kept it safe until I got a courier to collect it from them. Thanks John and Portia and the rest of the staff.
所有评语 » Kind staff. Clean and tidy, good place to single traveler or business trip. The hotel was convient to everything, downtown, sea world, and old town. Location and staff was very friendly. We will definetly stay here again. Closer to everything n right next to freeway 8 which makes it a lot easier to find. Claen & cozy. Price. Breakfast good, laundry access, easy access to freeway, bed was clean and comfortable. Easy to get to. The only good thing was it was close to the airport. small room. Noise level was about average for motel-style accommodation. Not properly soundproofed, but it was about average. When I called to let them know we were checking in late they didn't have my reservation. Then they told me they only had a king suite available but when I told them I had a reservation they told me to take my conformation and they might be able to accommodate me. When I finally arrived and took them my conformation they gave me my reservation. All I have to say is just make sure everything is communicated well so this does happen again. The room was a bit snug but we didnt mind. It was our 6yr anniversary. We went to a wedding Friday night at Marina Villiage. Super easy to get there only took 10 minutes. Saturday we went to Old Town and Gaslamp Quarter, all within minutes from Hotel. We napped Saturday afternoon and slept peacefully. Most certainly one of our favorite places to stay!. Hate waiting til' 3pm n you can't check in early! Especially when the room is available n ready but they still make you wait!!. old building with much wear. Food...you don't pay much, you don't get much. I am handicap and my room was on 4th floor and the elevator did not work 90% of the time there. My reservation was for 5 days. The girl at the front desk hardly spoke English and took over 30 minutes to find our reservation we booked a room with two beds and we got one bed, we are traveling with my mother-in-law so we ended up sleeping on the floor!!. Room was filthy. Bathroom counter was not even wiped clean. The room is small. If you have more then one suitcase there is no where to put it. The floor needs a better vacuum. The bed was hard. The air conditioning was loud and smelled funny and there was hair in the bathtub. Staff was unfriendly room was dirty with bugs and the door would not lock.
