The entire staff, both day and night staff, was so accomadating, and nice: This Days Inn has wonderful people working the front desk, made sure we were comfortable, the room was clean. Also it was well lighted outside during the night hours. Felt safe during my stay. I have recommended it to my neighbor who is going to San Antonio within the next two weeks. Attention in front desk and during breakfast very good Price vs service received is good Clean room (except some stains in carpet) Very easy to find Even fridge close to bed, was not noisy. Good quantity of energy outlets to recharge phones an cameras.

The reservation from letsbookhotel.com was not in their system at the time of arrival but staff was very helpfull and took care of us right in the spot. very comfortable, clean and relaxing. price was very reasonable staff very friendly. close to various shopping locations. not far from downtown. Hotel ist in Ordnung,ich kann ohne weiteres empfehlen.Stadt / Innenstadt / sehr schön, Alamo unvergeßlich, Riverwalk einmalig,abends wunderbar. Some spots in carpet very dirty, noisy extraction system in bathroom , television too loud when turned on. The Daybreak Breakfast food selection and worker need some attention. Some of the staff need to follow the managers example in making the customer feel welcome and their business appreciated... And not an intrusion to their life. our room did not have a refridgerator or microwave as my traveling companions did and we paid the same price for both rooms. The breakfast was horrible. We had to get our food and go back to the room because it was crowded. The size of the pool. Small parking lot. Close to highway noise. It is a little odd that you don't get a receipt on check-out. I've been home three days and still haven't gotten a receipt. Noise from outside of rooms very disturbing at times. Large gap in door jamb, outside noise clearly audible from inside room. Broken furniture (dresser drawers). Carpets are very dirty, after walking on them without shoes my feet were very dirty underneath. Location is difficult if a person is not familiar with San Antonio. Problem with A/C - small pool. we stayed in room135 & its didnt have a 2nd security lock. Beds not that comfortable. I didn't like the swimming pool. The tv didn't work half the time. very static channels, beds were really hard. Ac didn't cool the room down. They charged my credit card twice for the time we were there. The charges were not resolved until three days later. If they would have given us a reciept I would have noticed it immediately, but becausenwe booked with letsbookhotel.com they refused us one. It was a headache for our visit. Beware of incompetent staff. Not enough towels especially with two teenage girls and a couple of rooms down there was like three families in one room and the kids kept running back and forth outside our room. not a big swimming pool. Very Small pool Carpet was dirty. My dad had an outside room and it was dirty, toliet was leaking and there was a big gap under the door that huge water bugs were trying to come in. From till until almost noon housekeeping came about 3 times and knocking saying it was time to check out and check out was at noon. Plus no microwaves in rooms. The internet was out the entire visit. The cable messed up for over half of stay- static reception. Not enough towels, even upon request. Coffee maker was missing parts, so unusable. Bathroom was unclean. Old tube TVs. Missing bulbs in lamps/fixtures. No iron or ironing board as advertised. Pool was minuscule. Floor were dirty, bottom of socks were proof. My family had many issues with this stay, which was disappointing to say the least. Nasty!!!. Air wasnt working told staff 2 different days and nothing was done my family and I were sweating all night. the bathroom toilet broke, the cable went out, the ice machine was not working.The shower head came of in my hand. TheDidn't like that my family and I stayed two nights and our room only got clean once. I asked for a iron and the front desk person said she would let me borrow one but i never received one. When we first entered our room the first day, a gentlemens dirty shirt was still in the bathroom. I wasn't to sure if the room was clean the night before we arrived there. Alot of kids were throwing ice by our room , with the hotels ice Maker, and nothing was done about that either. Filthy carpet. Cobwebs on the ceiling. Dirty laundry area. Lobby appeared clean, but had a fairly strong disinfectant odor. Large amount of Mold on the windowsill and blinds of the room used by the Housekeeping personnel. I strongly suspect that this is an OSHA violation. white towels were not white. bedsheets had stains. we did not like the swimming pool andhad A hard time getting extra pillows and we had to move the mircowave in order to use it no plug to connect where it was at did not like the blower in the bathroom it was veryloud and when we turn on the light the blower was on all the time did not like that at all. did not like the old tv. did not like the breakfast area very small no move to eat very little tables I will not stay there again the refrieezer handle was broken. Cleanliness of room,when checking in found used tattoo needle in bed.There was never no ice in the machines,and sheets where never changed while we where there.Bathroom was dirty,had to get our own toiletrys. Room smelled bad...had to use lysol and carpet fresh...dropped the tv remote...while looking under bed there was trash and even a baby pacifer under it...room was not very clean at all. Everything else. The beds were not clean and they did not have a staff to help. The room was right outside the highway. This place is terrible and I would not go back even for free. Everything. This was the worst stay I have ever had. Will never stay at days inn again. First of all I requested down stairs rooms due to children and was told that letsbookhotel.com did not put my request in and also wanted non smoking rooms and one of the rooms really smelled like smoke plus the rooms were stinky, dirty and beds very uncomfortable...will never stay there again!!!. This facility was run down. The bathroom was not really clean, the tub appeared to have a large patch of material missing. There was 4 of us and three towels that were very dingy and thin. All in all it was not a good motel. Very small rooms. We did not feel safe.
